We understand that for comfort, it's necessary to calculate the food weight per person and portion sizes ranging from 450g to 600g, with weddings typically serving 150g more.
Buffets should be composed as follows for a varied menu composition:
- Appetizers, four types including one vegetarian or vegan option, gluten-free, lactose-free, etc.
- Soup (usually individually served at weddings, aside from buffets)
- Salads
- Hot dishes
- Side dishes for hot dishes
- Bread
- Desserts
- Fresh fruits
